Chetan Rana – Youth Inspiration owns a more considerable status than a celebrity in a youngster’s life. This is probably his entrepreneurial success, which is the dream of many middle-income groups, and that’s why he is idolized in the entrepreneurial community. However, the journey wasn’t easy for him.
He belongs to a humble family in Uttar Pradesh, where his father was a farmer & his mother was a social worker.
Like any other working family, he did use education to start his career & support his survival in the new city of Delhi. He owns a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in social science & a network engineering college diploma.
It is not easy to shift to a new city with an economic background, but the driving force of his success was his dreams & his father’s support.
In 2010, Chetan Rana voluntarily moved to Delhi to support his parents, sister & brother back in UP.
In Delhi, he chose his diploma degree & joined a Visa Head & Immigration Consultant Company as an IT employee & later, with the tough grind, he rose to IT chief in the same organization.
Despite rising to the heights of success, the entrepreneurial mindset wasn’t allowing him to settle.
Later in 2016, he quit the job, and only with hands-on experience, he started his own company in Delhi.
Contradicting the popular beliefs, he did struggle a lot in his entrepreneurial journey.
The first office had only five to ten employees, but experience & dedication was their backbone. Sooner the hard work paid off & his venture grew into a profitable business with over sixty employees working in the three branches.
The success of his bootstrapped company established him as Chetan Rana – The entrepreneur. In the earlier stages, the family wasn’t supportive of his idea of starting a new company. Besides having a job, Rana was financially dependent on his elder brother.
In between the crisis, he lost kin father in 2015, and this incident made his worse about his work & he quit the job.
Being from a joint family, he understands the family values & that’s why despite the issues, Chetan has created a company that takes care of their employees after office life, i.e., allowing the employees to have a perfect personal & work-life balance. In addition, he offers many kinds of programs to his employees. In addition, he does think the same for others.
Hailing from a business perspective, he understood the relationships between the two individuals.
The inherited social values from his mother & nurtured by his father made him curious about the social life in the lower strata of the pyramid.
So, to quest his thirst, with the support of his parents, he became a passive investor in social work, but in no time, he was compassionate about it. Therefore, adding Chetan Rana – The social worker, one more name to his celebrity status, making him top 5 influential social workers.
